I’m fascinated by the contradictions of being human—our capacity for beauty and destruction, devotion and desire, dignity and shame, the sacred and the mundane.
And most of all, I’m interested in what happens when the sacred meets ordinary life.
What does it mean to be God and still have a body? To want things. To make mistakes. To fall in love. To grieve. To change your mind. To live inside a story without knowing how it ends.
I am the alien, but I found humanity such a thrilling and fascinating subject to study.
